Resin Impregnated Paper (RIP)Condenser Bushing

Image
DRY TYPE Resin Impregnated Paper (RIP) / Resin Impregnated Synthetic (RIS) Condenser Bushings are oil-free transformer bushings that are renowned for their groundbreaking performance. The insulation is built directly on the conductor, and in the case of RIP bushings , high-quality crepe paper is wound on the conductor, while in the case of RIS bushings, special grade synthetic film is used. For the best electromagnetic field control, conductive grading layers are embedded during the paper/synthetic wrapping process to create a capacitive core. The wound core is then impregnated with special grade electrical application resins following a process of heating and vacuuming to create a completely dry RIP/RIS active part solution. After that, the RIP/RIS active is put together using hollow silicone insulators or directly moulded silicone on the active part, along with the inclusion of a mounting flange and other metal components, using precise and cautious assembly procedures.
